My dearest readers…

Those of you who know me know that I am now back in the West, to my utmost disappointment. It is therefore plain that I am incredibly behind with this travel blog – I am currently only halfway through Cambodia and I still have Chiang Mai, my trip down to the islands and all those in between days in Bangkok to write about. It’s a curious fact that when you think back to the past, you remember (or at least I do) only the physical images, perhaps due to the photographs, but the little jokes and funny stories seem to elude my memory.

I may not be able to live the dream in Thailand any more but the next best thing is to dream the life… so I keep on writing.
